I am located in Walpole, MA and available on days listed below:

Monday         6:30PM -9PM
Tuesday        9PM -12PM
Wednesday   6:30PM - 9PM
Saturday        9AM - 2PM


 

 

HypnoBirthing®:

  • Group classes are $275. It includes 5x 2 1/2 hours classes, all handouts, plus book and CD.
  • Private class price is $100 per 2  hours. (Minimum 2 classes required)

 

Reiki Sessions:

  • 1hour - $50 
  • 30min - $30

Hypnosis session:

  • 1 hour - $60

  • 1 1/2 hour - $80

Hi Anya,
Thanks so much for the birthing classes!  I have a beautiful baby girl, Katja Elizabeth.  She's on my chest now, as I type.  She's healthy, very calm, and gaining weight so well we didn't have to go for her 2 week medical visit...
After our last session, I was able to keep getting checked with non stress tests and fluid levels and made it to 41 weeks and 2 days, and then they wanted a c-section.  But when I got to the hospital for the operation, I was dilated enough to induce labor with pitocin.  I was able to VBAC, with great help from my doula and Mika, and did it without any pain meds.  That meant that I was able to push her out in a half hour and go straight up to the maternity ward.  She came right up on to my chest before the cord was cut and stayed there for quite some time, not crying, just looking at me.  It was beautiful!
